As a Lean Enterprise Manager, you will oversee the deployment of Lean methodologies, including Hoshin Kanri and Kaizen. This role requires collaboration with operations and engineering, ensuring team capabilities align with strategic goals. Essential responsibilities include managing Lean teams, facilitating problem-solving sessions, and delivering training programs to enhance skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive engagement for Lean continuous improvement
• Execute Lean roadmap initiatives with key methodologies
• Collaborate on manufacturing readiness for efficient processes
• Manage and develop Lean teams for corporate alignment
• Track and analyze Lean KPIs to meet objectives
Requirements:
• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
Black Belt preferred
• 7+ years in Lean leadership roles
• Expertise in Lean tools and Change Leadership
• Strong communication and coaching skills
Maximize operational efficiency and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through effective Lean deployment and team development.
