You will lead a dedicated team focused on outreach, constituent services, and office administration. Your leadership will play a critical role in translating the Member's goals into actionable tasks, ensuring high standards in office operations while fostering robust community relationships.

• Lead and support staff, interns, and volunteers
• Oversee daily constituency office operations
• Manage office budgets and financial reporting
• Schedule and coordinate community outreach activities
• Maintain compliance with House of Commons policies

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in improving organizational processes
• Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment
