Team Lead

Position Summary At Elantis, we help organizations modernize how they work through tailored Microsoft solutions. We’re looking for a team lead to own and evolve our Flex and Managed Services practice — someone who is equally comfortable as a strategic advisor and a hands‑on delivery leader, and who thrives building long‑term client relationships while driving operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve Elantis’ Flex and Managed Services offerings, driving operational maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the senior team lead and trusted advisor for our Flex and Managed Services clients, with a focus on long‑term partnership and business value.
  • Oversee service quality, KPIs, and performance including utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across the practice.
  • Align Managed Services and Project Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within client environments.
  • Mentor and develop the Managed Services team while fostering accountability and operational ownership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership to support business growth and strategic objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a consulting or managed services leadership role delivering Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot, Purview, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive service delivery excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, sprint planning, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise confidently at all levels.
  • Post‑secondary education in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Security, M365, Azure, or Dynamics 365) considered a robust asset.
