Lead the daily operations of a dynamic spa setting. As a Spa Manager, you will oversee staffing, budgeting, and customer satisfaction effectively.
We are seeking a Spa Manager to direct and control daily operations within our spa. This role requires expertise in evaluating procedures, planning budgets, and managing inventory. You will also hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring customer complaints are addressed promptly while developing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily spa operations
- Evaluate and improve operational processes
- Plan and oversee budget management and inventory control
- Hire, train, and manage staff effectively
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of relevant managerial experience
- Capacity to work evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Authorization to work in Canada
