This permanent position focuses on overseeing the Honouring the Spirit of Our Little Sisters program, aimed at supporting sexually exploited girls and transgender youth aged 13-17. Key responsibilities include developing policies, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will also manage training needs and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor program standards and procedures
• Facilitate staff training and assess performance
• Supervise staff and manage operational directives
• Maintain records of statistical and financial information
• Approve expenditures and schedule administrative tasks
Requirements:
• BSW degree or equivalent experience
• Passionate about youth advocacy and trauma-informed care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of Indigenous culture and history
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license and background checks
