As the key leader responsible for your portfolio in Ontario, you report directly to the Director of Operations.
Your role includes managing all aspects of property performance, including leasing strategies, team development, and adherence to company standards. The position requires you to operate as a business leader, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent execution of operations across properties
• Conduct inspections to uphold asset quality
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively
• Collaborate with teams to enhance revenue and value
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for regional properties
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a senior property management or leadership role
• Experience in managing multiple properties efficiently
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel for site management
