Ground Handling Duty Manager Swissport

Reporting to the Station Manager, you will efficiently direct a range of ground handling services while building strong rapport with clients and regulators.

Your role will include managing personnel assignments, conducting safety training, and maintaining pertinent records related to payroll and performance. With an emphasis on the safety and quality standards, you will contribute greatly to overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff accountability

• Manage resource allocation and scheduling

• Enhance customer and airport authority relations

• Conduct daily briefings and coaching for staff

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ramp services

• Personnel management experience in a unionized context

• Strong communication skills in English

• Valid Driver’s License and airside permit D/A

• Flexibility for varied shift work
