In this pivotal role, you will focus on creating a preventative maintenance program while managing the complexities of maintenance operations. With over 7 years in a manufacturing background, and at least 2 years supervising a team, you will track maintenance costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze costs and optimize maintenance operations

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance techniques

• Schedule and lead daily maintenance activities

• Engage in training and onboarding of maintenance staff

• Collaborate with vendors to manage service contracts

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education

• At least 7 years of industry experience necessary

• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

• Preferred certifications include Journeyman status

• Strong focus on team dynamics and safety compliance
