Reporting to the VP of People and Organizational Development, you will oversee governance, compliance strategies, and organizational policies.
Your role involves advising senior leaders and ensuring effective practices, while also managing key reporting and performance analytics. A focus on inclusivity and accessibility will be paramount in your approach to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct governance and compliance framework development
• Serve as Corporate Secretary and manage Board operations
• Advise on regulatory and legal compliance
• Coordinate strategic planning and performance measures
• Build relationships with governmental and external agencies
Requirements:
• Strong background in governance and compliance
• Experience in public sector or related fields
• Knowledge of federal and provincial regulations
• Proficient in both official languages
• Skills in project management and political acuity
