Senior Manager, Community Engagement Events

You will report to the Director of Donor Experience, leading a diverse range of events designed to strengthen donor relationships and expand the Foundation's outreach. Your responsibilities encompass strategic planning, operational management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This role also focuses on evaluating past events for continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 20 annual stewardship and fundraising events
• Develop innovative event concepts based on research
• Collaborate across teams for seamless execution
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets
• Capture insights for planning efficiency
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in event management
• Experience with donor engagement initiatives
• Proven skills in budget management
• Background in managing direct reports
• Familiarity with technology tools for events
