As the Distribution Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth warehouse and yard operations, develop an engaged team, and manage logistics effectively. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration and strategic decision-making to support inventory and distribution accuracy while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily distribution operations according to corporate standards

• Develop team performance through coaching and feedback

• Analyze operational KPIs to propose actionable improvements

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain regular inventory accuracy through effective counts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience

• Bilingualism (English & French) advantageous

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is favorable

• Detail-oriented with effective decision-making abilities
