Pepsi Equipment Supervisor Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to achieve customer service and productivity targets

• Maintain and organize Pepsi Co equipment assets

• Coach technicians during route rides to develop skills

• Minimize downtime and equipment issues

• Ensure compliance with operating budget and customer delivery requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• 2-3 years in an Operations role is required

• Experience in a supervisory position preferred

• Interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite is mandatory
