In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing capital projects within GWLRA's residential properties. Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Operations to deliver on the approved capital plan, providing technical insights essential for effective project execution. Your contributions will ensure that projects are completed on time and improve operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize capital planning and building assessments
• Facilitate procurement for project-related consultants and vendors
• Maintain schedules and manage project phases effectively
• Monitor and report on project performance and compliance
• Ensure proper documentation for project close-out and warranties
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience in occupied residential assets
• Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and inspections
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
