This full-time role encompasses leadership in operations, student case management, and spiritual culture at the campus. You will be responsible for overseeing program consistency and supporting staff through training and development initiatives. Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards is also a crucial part of your responsibilities, as well as fostering community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in staff training and scheduling
• Monitor client progress and provide behavioral support
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation
• Ensure operational compliance with standards
• Lead community engagement and fundraising efforts
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma is mandatory
• Significant experience in recovery or social services
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Up-to-date First Aid Certification
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Clearance
