As a Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of employee training, ensuring adherence to cleaning procedures and safety protocols. You will supervise daily operations, conduct inspections, and keep accurate records of employee work hours.

Your role is crucial in building relationships and reporting to management on any changes affecting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team

• Conduct training aligned with company policies and WHMIS

• Inspect work areas to assure compliance with standards

• Ensure timely submission of employee time sheets

• Report any health and safety issues to the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Drivers License to support operational tasks

• Understanding of maintenance equipment and processes

• Compliance with health and safety regulations

• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
