As a Product Development Leader at 3
Pillar, you will leverage your extensive product development experience to ensure that client success is front and center.
Your role involves guiding teams to optimize processes and celebrate achievements, supporting the technical needs for designated pursuits while ensuring effective governance and project delivery. You will inspire trust in clients and your team through strong leadership and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-performing teams for successful product outcomes
• Ensure governance in product delivery and manage escalations
• Collaborate with product managers to drive actionable insights
• Conduct agile ceremonies and review team performance regularly
• Build a culture of accountability and trust across teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in product leadership
• Proven track record in agile product delivery
