Lead strategic alliance initiatives as the SI Partner Alliance Director s is your chance to forge impactful partnerships that drive growth and revenue in the HCM industry.
As the SI Partner Alliance Director, you will be at the forefront of developing and nurturing key partnerships that fuel Dayforce’s growth. The position involves managing all aspects of SI partnerships and working closely with various teams to craft go-to-market strategies. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships with executive stakeholders will be vital to aligning partnership activities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee SI partner alliance strategies
• Build executive relationships for enhanced collaboration
• Conduct performance reviews to align on goals
• Drive co-marketing campaigns and pipeline growth
• Equip partners with necessary training on Dayforce
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in partner or alliance management
• Proven success in driving revenue via strategic SI collaborations
• Familiarity with HCM and enterprise software solutions
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• High-energy and innovative mindset
