As the Director of Customer Programs, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional contract management through collaboration with the Customer Program Management Team. You will develop the annual operating plan and ensure that the department aligns with strategic goals while monitoring objectives to drive results. Building solid relationships with customers and internal teams is essential to streamline program execution and maintain standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual operating plans and budget
• Monitor and drive MBO objectives throughout the year
• Ensure effective management processes and tool usage
• Maintain comprehensive reporting for program requirements
• Lead team development, planning, and performance evaluation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications
• PMP certification or structured training
• 4+ years in project and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
