Shape the future of Action Car and Truck Accessories as the Regional Manager for Ontario, focusing on corporate store leadership. Enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
This remote full-time role covers the Greater Toronto Area, requiring regular travel to manage operations at three corporate stores. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for sales targets, staff development, and enforcing standards while ensuring that customer services remain a top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue by supporting Store Managers in budget achievement
• Perform standard audits and inventory assessments monthly
• Oversee staffing needs at all locations
• Address disciplinary matters within the region
• Facilitate staff training on operational changes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business or automotive
• Minimum 5 years in managerial roles
• Passion for the automotive aftermarket is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to travel within and occasionally outside Ontario
