Position: Clinical Study Manager at AbbVie

In this managerial role, you'll oversee a dedicated team of 15-17 Study Management Associates (SMAs) for Abb Vie. Your focus will be on fostering an inclusive environment through mentorship, strategic resource management, and operational efficiency. You are tasked with enhancing skills, facilitating career growth, and enforcing corporate policies to ensure compliance across global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an empowering environment for innovative study execution

• Manage performance and set measurable goals for direct reports

• Mentor SMAs and develop individualized growth plans

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and training requirements

• Participate in creating Quality Systems Documents and training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare or science

• 8 years of clinical research experience, 6 in management

• 3 years of direct people management experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders

• Proven success in study execution across various settings
