Key Responsibilities   Prepare bi-weekly meeting materials for Chief and Council
Guide policy implementation across operational areas
Develop and monitor annual budget with senior staff
Manage organizational risks and compliance
Facilitate quarterly community meetings and communication efforts
Requirements   Degree in Business or Public Administration; master’s preferred
Minimum 8 years in operations, 5 in leadership roles
Solid team management and communication skills
Familiarity with First Nations governance and protocols
Must complete a background check
Expertise in governance and strategic thinking
