Lead the global team as Production Services Engineering Manager at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. Focus on operational excellence and system stability in the Claims Technology division.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee and enhance the production support operations of the BHSI Claims ecosystem across North America and Asia. Your aim will be to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on critical incident response and cross-functional collaboration to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a high‑performing global team
• Lead critical incident responses effectively
• Collaborate to enhance operational stability
• Ensure best practices in Incident Management
• Conduct post‑incident reviews for improvement
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in regulated sectors, especially insurance
• At least 5 years in leadership for production support
• Familiarity with cloud-based operational monitoring tools
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Proven experience in global team management
