In the role of Global Payroll Operations Director, you will oversee the execution of global payroll processes with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence. You will design innovative payroll and HRIS strategies, manage vendor relationships, and lead a global team to optimize payroll systems for enhanced user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement a global payroll and HRIS strategy

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll execution for accuracy

• Manage integration and optimization of HR technology systems

• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and data errors

• Ensure compliance with global regulations and audit standards

Requirements:

• 12+ years in global payroll or tax with leadership experience

• 7+ years managing HRIS implementations and upgrades

• Direct experience with ADP Global view required

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or HR
