Key Responsibilities   Ensure end‑to‑end accountability for critical initiatives
Create and maintain project schedules and roadmaps
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
Communicate project status to executive sponsors
Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes
Requirements   Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT
7+ years in Project Management or similar roles
Experience managing projects over $2M
Mandatory PMP certification

Proficiency in project management tools like Jira
