Deliver impactful facilities projects with CPKC, connecting U.S., Canada, and Mexico. As Project Manager, ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency in Winnipeg's diverse landscapes.
In this role, you will lead project management services across CPKC’s facilities, developing design and implementation strategies that meet strict timelines and budgetary goals. Your collaborative approach will be crucial when coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and enforcing compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will manage various infrastructure projects, significantly impacting community connectivity and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contracts and ensure safety compliance
• Develop precise cost estimates and budget plans
• Lead construction and facility projects from conception to delivery
• Monitor gas and water management projects for compliance
• Supervise subcontractors and review project performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years managing construction teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Revit
• PMP certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
