As the Senior Manager, you will lead the Business Continuity Risk Management (BCRM) program, advising leadership on strategic risk mitigation. Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational resilience while managing continuous improvement plans and incident response simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BCRM strategies for Senior Directors and Executives
• Oversee continuous improvement plans and risk mitigation efforts
• Manage Threat Risk Assessments and Business Continuity Plans
• Conduct recovery exercises and simulations to assess readiness
• Create governance reports and track BCRM metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive background in Business Continuity or Risk Management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet competing deadlines
• Experience in large-scale or financial institutions
