Lead multifamily construction projects with our Toronto West client as a Senior Project Manager. This role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project execution.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multifamily residential developments from pre-construction to completion. Collaborating with owners, consultants, and internal teams, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Your experience managing ground-up residential projects in Ontario will be crucial in this dynamic growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design development with project teams

• Manage budgets and schedules for effective delivery

• Support procurement activities with key stakeholders

• Oversee consultant and trade relationships

• Administer contracts for project compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in high-rise multifamily project management

• Strong background in budgeting and procurement processes

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and regulations

• Proficient in project management software tools

• Existing trade relationships in Ontario are a plus
