As the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee all operations at OIBDC, executing strategic plans with a results-driven mindset. This position demands at least 10 years of executive leadership experience and robust financial management skills. You will work in partnership with the CEO to align business operations with community goals, ensuring long-term sustainability for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operations and business entities at OIBDC
• Execute strategic and operational plans efficiently
• Develop business and economic growth opportunities
• Strengthen relationships with industry and government partners
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in executive leadership roles
• Strong background in financial and strategic management
• Experience in Indigenous organizational work preferred
• University degree in business or related field required
• An MBA or advanced designation is advantageous
