Join Critical Discoveries in Winnipeg as the Manager of Mineral Exploration Projects. This full time position involves strategic planning, budget management, and leading field explorations across Canada.
As an Exploration Manager, you will require a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or similar, along with a P. Geo. designation or eligibility. Your 10 years of experience in mineral exploration and 5 years in a senior management role will be key in overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Solid leadership skills will aid in guiding teams towards successful exploration outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage exploration budgets for various projects
- Lead and mentor exploration teams in the field
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across Canada
- Engage with stakeholders in permitting processes
- Ensure compliance with NI 43-101 reporting standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related discipline
- P. Geo. designation or eligibility preferred
- 10+ years mineral exploration experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
