Health Services Manager Manitoba Facility

Lead clinical operations as a Facility Health Services Manager in Manitoba. This role requires strong leadership to enhance patient care, flow, experience, and staff engagement across the organization.

As a Health Services Manager, you will oversee clinical health services delivery when the leadership team is unavailable. Your focus will be on ensuring effective communication and fostering collaborative relationships to maintain high standards of care. You'll also manage staffing levels and emergency situations while supporting change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive effective clinical health services delivery

• Facilitate interdisciplinary relationships for optimal patient care

• Manage emergencies and support staff communication

• Support patient transfers based on capacity management

• Oversee outside contractor work coordination

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in patient care

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline

• Active member in good standing with a regulatory body

• Strong demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Valid class 5 Manitoba driver’s license and personal vehicle
