In this management position, you’ll lead the facilities team, implementing maintenance guidelines and overseeing the upkeep of the temple and additional buildings related to the complex. Your project management skills will be vital as you ensure all work aligns with established standards. A collaborative approach with key stakeholders and HR will enhance employee leadership and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities operations for the temple and nearby sites
• Manage a diverse team and ensure performance standards
• Implement effective project management for maintenance projects
• Report regularly to Temple leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct training and mentoring for facilities team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or relevant field
• Four years of facilities management experience
• Working knowledge of facility systems
• Strong communication abilities in English
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
Drive excellence in temple facilities, keeping them sacred and welcoming for all.
