Elevate branch operations as the Sales-Focused Branch Manager ve team performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence in a collaborative setting.

In your role as Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, leading a dynamic team towards shared objectives. Your focus will be on staff development, performance metrics, and inventory management while engaging with customers through outside sales initiatives. Foster relationships with vendors and define strategic plans to maintain and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct staff to align with branch goals collaboratively

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of management experience required
