You will also oversee curriculum management and guide field leadership in program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement assigned training portfolio effectively

• Consult with stakeholders to define learning needs

• Oversee program curricula and reporting metrics

• Coach leadership on training execution best practices

• Manage projects for timely program delivery

Requirements:

• 7+ years in training and program implementation

• Degree in Business Administration or similar field

• Bilingual French-English is an asset

• Proven ability to conduct training needs analysis

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
