At Ridgeline Archaeology, we are searching for qualified Field Directors or Permit Holders to manage archaeological projects in diverse settings. You will handle a portfolio of client projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards while fostering partnerships with First Nations communities. Your leadership will significantly contribute to effective project delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of archaeologists during assessments

• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and compliance

• Collaborate on high-quality assessment report production

• Incorporate data from historic and ethnographic sources

• Maintain positive community and team relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in Archaeology or Anthropology

• 3+ years in supervisory or directorial roles

• Permit Holder or Field Director qualifications in BC

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Willingness to travel across BC and Alberta
