This role requires managing a functional team responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the temple and its associated structures. Collaborate closely with HR for staffing decisions, oversee project initiatives, and keep a keen eye on compliance with established standards. Your leadership will inspire excellence and accountability within the facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the operations and management of temple facilities
• Ensure ongoing maintenance meets standards during operation
• Supervise project management for facilities enhancements
• Interact with Temple President and key community leaders
• Provide effective training for team performance improvements
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in facilities management or related discipline
• Minimum of four years in facilities management
• Familiarity with systems in building operations
• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ensure the temple remains a place of worship and reflection through your leadership and facility management expertise.
