Aviation Crew Chief

Join Perimeter Aviation as an Aviation Crew Chief, taking charge of heavy maintenance operations in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role emphasizes leadership and adherence to safety regulations in a collaborative setting.

As a key member of the team, you will report to the Production Manager, utilizing your AME License and five years of experience to supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring timely and quality completion of their tasks.

Your role will include identifying maintenance needs and facilitating effective communication among departments, fostering a culture built on respect for First Nations communities and superior service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control and timely job completion

• Review maintenance needs and assign respective tasks

• Follow dispatch procedures for maintenance activities

• Document any abnormal occurrences during maintenance

• Support and assist crew members as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada AME License (M1 or M2)

• At least five years of aviation maintenance experience

• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role

• Familiarity with aviation regulations and protocols

• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms
