Experienced Operations Manager Football Club

Become the Manager of Stadium Operations at Winnipeg Football Club, responsible for delivering outstanding operations at Princess Auto Stadium. Lead and inspire staff for an exceptional fan experience.

This full-time position involves hands-on management of operations and housekeeping teams, focusing on executing effective logistical plans for events. You'll communicate with various stakeholders, organize setups and take-downs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute event setups, staging, and cleanups

• Oversee hiring, training, and staff performance management

• Manage resources within budgetary guidelines

• Assist with snow-clearing and outdoor operations

• Handle equipment operation for event needs

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of management experience in operations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and general office software

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Ability to work irregular hours including nights and holidays
