Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager

Lead a team of commercial insurance experts to increase sales and service excellence. In this role you will report to the Director, Commercial Insurance, and lead a team of dedicated commercial insurance professionals. You can be part of a highly motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and sales targets.

• Deliver results on the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes
• Lead your team through the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes as required
• Develop a team business plan, budget and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting for product review and development
• Represent the organization and liaise with domestic and international insurance companies as required
• Review required reports and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence
• Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses

• General Insurance Level 2 License required
• Frontline leadership experience in a sales driven environment, preferably commercial insurance
• Involvement in industry related associations and your community
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
