Reporting to the Director of Global Product Support, the Product Education Manager leads a team responsible for developing product training strategies and content globally. This role also involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to understand their product training and education needs and provide the necessary support.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the development and distribution of product training content, such as online modules and hands‑on sessions for both current and upcoming products.
- Ensure coordination of in‑person training sessions, including facilities, tools, equipment, food, etc., to provide comprehensive learning experience.
- Formulate a product education strategy that facilitates ongoing enhancement and aligns with company goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the Product Support / Training shop to ensure operational efficiency, including scheduling, budgeting, repairs, and tools.
- Evaluate the tools and resources required to effectively communicate product information.
- Work with various departments to address cross‑functional product education requirements and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with other Mac Don teams globally to support regional product education needs through shared resources and strategies.
- Related University or College Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with project management.
- Ability to develop and implement effective education strategies.
- Industry experience combined with a solid technical background.
- Knowledge of the tools and resources required for product education.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), online training platforms, and other digital tools.
- Ability to travel (up to 20% of time) in North America and internationally.
- Must hold and maintain valid driver’s license.
