Site Operations Manager

Elevate building operations management in Winnipeg with the National Research Council. As the Site Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance services and ensure compliance with regulations.

In this full-time role with the Real Property Planning and Management Branch, you will be the primary point of contact for all building operations. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating all site services, with an emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance, along with managing construction projects. Your leadership will impact the NRC’s infrastructure goals by prioritizing recapitalization projects while maintaining high safety standards.
