Key Responsibilities:
• Manage branch operations and daily workflow efficiency
• Provide support for personal and travel health insurance
• Coordinate staff schedules and MPI inventory management
• Assist with escalated customer inquiries and transactions
• Coach team on cross-selling insurance products
Requirements:
• Level 3 insurance broker (CAIB) certification
• 5+ years of industry experience across various lines
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Clear criminal record check necessary
