Set to open in late summer 2026, the Youth Centre will provide vital services and programming for youth and families. As the Manager, you will lead operational oversight, staff mentoring, and community engagement, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive space. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a background in youth services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations and monitor program effectiveness
• Hire, mentor, and oversee youth program staff
• Assist in developing effective programming plans
• Liaise with community service organizations
• Handle program administration and budget monitoring
Requirements:
• High school diploma;
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
• Class 5 driver’s license without restrictions
• Supervisory experience in community-focused roles
• Familiarity with positive youth development strategies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic systems
