Medavie seeks a Manager, Life & Disability Management to lead STD/LTD operations, driving evidence-based disability practices and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You will partner with sponsors, internal teams, and providers to ensure quality customer experiences and risk control.
Requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in group insurance with disability management, and 5+ years in leadership. Bilingual French/English preferred; strong coaching and strategic skills are highly valued.
