Strategic Leadership & Vision:
Drive long-term organizational alignment, champion a high-performing workplace culture, and serve as the primary leadership liaison for senior management.
Talent & People Development:
Coach, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of approximately 22 pharmacy professionals while actively fostering succession planning and career growth.
Leadership Support:
Direct, mentor, and support the Assistant Pharmacy Manager and emerging leaders in setting performance standards and maintaining accountability.
Financial & Operational Excellence:
Own financial performance, analyze operational data, execute action plans to optimize profitability, and champion continuous process improvement.
Business Development & Stakeholder Relations:
Partner with internal business development teams, specialists, and local physicians to build trust, strengthen referral networks, and expand specialty pharmacy services.
Quality & Regulatory Oversight:
Ensure continuous alignment with College of Pharmacists of Manitoba regulations, Health Canada standards, and strict biologic cold-chain protocols.
