Be a key driver of HVDC reliability at Manitoba Hydro as the HVDC Sustainment Program Manager. Focus on sustaining infrastructure through effective leadership and strategic planning.
As the HVDC Sustainment Program Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at maintaining high reliability standards across Manitoba Hydro's HVDC systems. With a strong emphasis on project management and cross-department collaboration, your role will involve integrating efforts across Asset Management and Operational teams to support critical asset maintenance. This is your opportunity to make a substantial impact on energy delivery in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning for HVDC sustainment programs
• Monitor and manage budgets, schedules, and risks
• Foster communication and alignment among departments
• Guide the program team through critical asset maintenance tasks
• Document and present sustainment strategies to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Relevant four-year degree or two-year diploma
• Minimum six to eight years of pertinent experience
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Advanced understanding of asset management processes
• Valid Manitoba Driver's Licence
