In this key leadership position, oversee the Operations and Programs Branch, focusing on community-centric services including solid waste management, water treatment, and recycling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Degree in related disciplines such as Environmental Studies
• Experience in managing operational budgets
• Proven supervisory experience in public service contexts
• Skills in establishing municipal standards for local infrastructure
• Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
