In this senior leadership role, you will report to the Operations Lead within the Prairies and Territories Infrastructure Business Center. Your responsibilities include managing operations, supporting team development, and ensuring the execution of projects that enhance community resilience and connection. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning team efforts with strategic objectives while nurturing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client satisfaction with exceptional project execution standards

• Prioritize health, safety, and environmental practices in all projects

• Recruit and nurture talent within the Roads and Highways team

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success

• Implement strategies for business development and marketing
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering;
Master’s is an asset

• At least 15 years of relevant experience

• P.Eng. certification required

• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

• Experience in project delivery and compliance management
