The Senior Director delivers strategic leadership for MCC Canada’s international programs, engaging with the Executive Director to enhance program quality and organizational effectiveness. You will oversee a variety of crucial areas, including program strategy, resource management, and risk assessment, while fostering collaboration between MCC Canada and its U.S. counterpart, ensuring a unified direction and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-range program plans

• Oversee annual budget planning and monitoring

• Supervise international area directors and IP Office Supervisor

• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards

• Foster a culture of accountability and safeguarding

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Significant leadership experience in international development

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and justice

• Ability to travel internationally as required
