With a minimum of 5 years in health and safety, you will lead a team that drives compliance and risk reduction. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a proactive safety culture within teams

• Implement and improve health and safety systems

• Conduct effective audits and compliance checks

• Collaborate with leaders to identify and mitigate risks

• Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work programs

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a health and safety role

• Relevant health and safety certifications preferred

• Proficient in relevant software programs

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Travel requirement of 50%
