Position SummaryThe Assistant Campus Manager supports the leadership, operations, program delivery, and spiritual culture of the campus, helping maintain a safe, healthy, Christ-centered, and transformational recovery environment. This role provides leadership continuity through operational support, student case management, aftercare leadership, and staff coverage, while being fully prepared to oversee campus operations in the absence of the Campus Manager.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support- Support the hiring, training, supervision, and encouragement of campus staff and volunteers
- Assist in fostering a healthy culture of integrity, accountability, unity, and servant leadership
- Help support staff communication, team development, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and operational coordination as required
- Support human resource processes and staff accountability as directed
- Provide leadership coverage for Campus Manager and other staff during vacations, absences, or staffing shortages to ensure continuity of care and program operations
- Support consistency and excellence in daily program delivery
- Assist in monitoring client progress, family engagement, schedules, structure, and program outcomes
- Willing to maintain a small caseload of assigned students (typically 1-3) and fulfill Program Coordinator responsibilities
- Provide support during crisis situations, behavioural interventions, and conflict resolution
- Help ensure documentation, reporting, and program records are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with maintaining healthy structure, accountability, and culture throughout the campus
- Serve as the lead staff member for aftercare services, helping develop, coordinate, monitor, and strengthen ongoing support for graduates and program participants following their conclusion of programming.
- Support compliance with accreditation standards, organizational policies, and operational procedures
- Assist in maintaining provincial and federal health and safety standards
- Support incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation practices
- Help ensure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followed consistently
- Assist with oversight of campus operations, transportation coordination, maintenance needs, and facility care
- Support responsible stewardship of building resources, supplies, and operational budgets
- Assist with fundraising initiatives, events, and revenue-supporting activities as directed
- Support admissions, discharge planning, scheduling, and communications
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, statistics, and reporting requirements required by accreditation bodies, funding agreements, and organizational standards
- Live as an example to clients through daily conduct, integrity, and spiritual maturity
